Hi There Flawsomes!

After a few weeks of complete and wonderful overindulgence, yesterday I decided that this morning I would wake up and start getting my body back in to better and healthier shape.  I washed the spinach and prepared the fruit ready for my first NutriBullet of the year but I woke up, it was cold and I decided that that part of my health regime would have to be put off for a little bit longer and so it was all quickly hidden back in the fridge.  Instead, a lovely, comforting bowl of cornflakes with hot milk and sugar brought a smile to my face and started my day off perfectly!

It may not be warm and cosy on the outside, but I was definitely warm and cosy on the inside 🙂

Luckily, the cold weather doesn’t mean we can’t carry on having a good beauty regime and when I was asked if I would review teeth whitening toothpastes, I thought that was a brilliant product to review as I’m also interested in seeing if there really is a toothpaste out there which will brighten my smile.

There are teeth whitening products on the market containing product filled trays that you put over your teeth for certain lengths of time over a number of days, but I’m not interested in doing that type of procedure at home and I’m looking for a toothpaste that can whiten my teeth.

So after going in to Boots chemist and being overwhelmed with the amount of teeth whitening toothpastes and products there are available, I decided to try Oral B 3D White together with Oral B 3D White Luxe Whitening Accelerator.

A smooth and lovely minty tasting toothpaste which Oral-B say will remove up to 80% of surface stains within 2 weeks.  It prevents tartar build up and prevents cavities.

So after brushing with a regular toothpaste, you then brush your teeth with this product which Oral-B say accelerates surface stain removal vs. using just an Oral-B toothpaste alone.  It helps keep whiteness for longer and cares for enamel.

This is a thick, white, granular toothpaste also with a strong minty taste.  When brushing with this, it feels like your brushing with tiny bits of sand in the toothpaste.  Not unpleasant.

I’ll let you know if using both of these products does actually whiten my teeth, but I do have to add that even if they don’t 🙁 my mouth does feel lovely, fresh and very minty after using these products so I don’t mind using them just for that.

Will I get that dazzling smile? I’ll let you know in a couple of weeks if I can see any difference but in the meantime, if you can recommend a good teeth whitening toothpaste, please let me know so I can give it a try.

I used these products for about a month.  I loved the really strong minty taste and they left my teeth and mouth feeling super clean and fresh afterwards.  However, did they actually make my teeth look any whiter …….. not that I noticed.  So I won’t be using them again.
